Cubic Snags VP From Ancestry.com

San Diego-based defense contractor Cubic Corporation announced this morning that it has named Rhys Williams as its new Vice President and Treasurer. Williams was previously head of the treasury function at Ancestry, and also served at Life Technologies as Director of Treasury. Cubic said Williams will be responsible for capital structure; credit acquisition and administration; investments; foreign exchange risk management; insurance and risk management functions; in addition to related activities for the company.
