CyberDefender Expands Retail Efforts
Los Angeles-based CyberDefender, which develops PC antivirus and antispyware software, announced today that the firm has expanded a prepaid card program it has with Allianex, which will make prepaid cards for purchasing the firm's products available to another 40,000 stores. CyberDefender said the program would make prepaid cards for its products available in 145,000 stores globally. CyberDefender said it May that it had inked a deal with Allianex to increase its retail presence, through point-of-purchase merchandising displays. The new stores come through a distribution agreement with InComm, a marketered and distributor of stored-value gift and prepaid products.
