Cypress Creek Renewables Names New CEO, Executive Team

Cypress Creek Renewables, a renewable energy developer which builds and operates solar facilities--and which has an office in Santa Monica--said it has named a new CEO and executive team on Monday. The company said it named Sarah Slusser as Chief Executive Officer and director of its board, Rebecca (Becky) Cranna as interim chief operating officer and Kim Oster as interim chief strategy officer. the company also named Ned Hall as Chairman of the board. Slusser is a Partner at Point Reyes Energy Partners, and previously was at AES. Oster was founding partner at Point Reyes Energy Partners, and also served as a VP at First Solar, in addition to also serving at AES. Canna is also at Point Reyes Energy Partners, and also served as CFO for TerraForm Power and TerraForm Global, in addition to also serving at AES. Finally, Hall was COO of AES Corporation, and serves as the boards of Cypress Creek, Japan Wind Deveopment Copany, and Globeleq.
