DFR Gives Bitcoin Entrepreneur Brock Pierce Outstanding Achievement Award

The annual Digital Family Reunion (DFR) said on Friday that it is awarding Bitcoin entrepreneur Brock Pierce its Outstanding Achievement Award this year, as part of its annual festivities, which are now in its tenth year. Pierce is Chairman of the Bitcoin Foundation, co-founder of Blockchain Capital, co-founder and Head of Strategy at Block.one, founding board member of Mastercoin (inventor of the ICO), and an advisor to Bancor. The event--being held next week on Wednesday, December 6h--is being held this year downtown at the Wells Fargo Tower. As part of the event, Pierce is joining a big panel on Cryptocurrency, ICOs, and the Blockchain, which also includes Christopher Marston (Exemplar Companies), Emily Bush (DNA.fund), Mike Terpin (Transform Group, BitAngels); and Ryan Scott (ICO Advisory Group).
