    Docstoc Goes Live

Beverly Hills-based Docstoc, an online web site for sharing professional documents, went live Tuesday, after a brief beta period. Docstoc, which is headed by Jason Nazar, is looking to create a "Youtube" for professionally created legal and business documents, such as wills, contracts, and other agreements and documents. According to Nazar, the site now has over 7,000 users and 12,000 documents in the service.
