Agoura Hills-based DTS, a developer of audio technology for the home theater, car audio, and personal computer market, disclosed Thursday that the firm is in a strategic co-marketing agreement with computer chip giant Intel. DTS did not detail the terms of the agreement, but said it would "significantly expand" the firm's presence in the PC space. DTS said it will bring a suite of its technologies to Intel's Mobile Platform. DTS develops an audio decoder, surround sound, and other sound shaping technology used to improve the audio on PCs.
