Elon Musk: 70 Percent Chance He'll Go To Mars

Elon Musk, the Los Angeles technology mogul behind SpaceX and Tesla Motors, says there is 70 percent chance he'll go to Mars--likely, on a one way ticket. In an interview for HBO, Musk said he expects to "move there", although he likened the experience to that of Shackleton going to the Antarctic and struggling to survive. One of Musk's big goals with SpaceX has been the development of passenger carrying rockets, intended to eventually carry mankind to Mars and beyond.
