Elon Musk At It Again, Calls SEC Names
Apparently, paying $40M in a settlement was not enough of a deterrent to keep Elon Musk from sending out a tweet on Thursday calling the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) the "Shortseller Enrichment Commission". Musk, along with Tesla, had to jointly pay $40M in penalties to settle a lawsuit by SEC over earlier tweets from Musk last week to avoid securities fraud charges from the SEC.
Just want to that the Shortseller Enrichment Commission is doing incredible work. And the name change is so on point!
