Engiven Launches Cryptocurrency Appraisal Service

San Diego-based Engiven, which develops a service to let nonprofits accept cryptocurrency donations, says it is now providing IRS tax form and appraisal services for its nonprofit users. According to the company, it now automatically generates IRS Form 8282 for nonprofits and IRS Form 8283 for crypto donors, and gives free appraisals of crypto donations for all donors who give $5,000 of crypto or more to nonprofits using the Engiven platform. Engiven is led by CEO James Lawrence.
