Evolution Space Reaches Karman Line

Mojave, California-based Evolutoin Space, a space rocket developer that uses solid propulsion motors, says it has completed its first space mission, sending a rocket past the Karman Line. The company nicknamed their first mission "Gold Chain Cowboy". The company said the launch, at 8:12 am on Saturday, had the rocket successfully reach 124.5 kilometers into space. The company is hoping to get a piece of the small, satellite launch market. Evolution Space is led by founder and CEO Steve Heller.
