Firestorm Labs Ties To Help Develop AI Enabled Drone Swarms

Carlsbad-based Firestorm Labs, which is developing unmanned aerial systems, says it is partnering with EpiSci, a developer of artificial intelligence autonomy for building military "drone swarms". According to the company, the deal ties its proprietary, 3D printed airframes with an "AI/ML-enabled flight computer" for the "modern battlefield". Financial details of the deal between the two companies was not announced.
