Forward Slope Acquires Soar Technology For AI Tech

San Diego-based Forward Slope, a provider of technology services which is backed by private equity investor Trive Capital, says it has acquired Soar Technology, Inc., a developer of artificial intelligence technology. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to the companies, SoarTech develops artificial intelligence technology to the Department of Defense. Forward Slope is led by CEO Carlos Persichetti.
