Transcepta Finds $3M
Aliso Viejo-based Transcepta, a provider of electronic invoicing and payment services, said today that it has raised $3M in a second round of funding. The Series A1 funding was led by the Tech Coast Angels, an existing investor in the firm. Transcepta said it will use the funding to expand its infrastructure and marketing efforts. Tracepta develops electronic invoicing systems for small and medium sized businesses.
