Gateway To Open Nashville Manufacturing Facility
Irvine-based Gateway has selected Nashville, Tennesse for a new, configure-to-order manufacturing facility, the firm said today. The company said that it expects to employ more than 300 people and have an annual payroll of about $8M for the new site. The plant will assemble configure-to-order desktops, notebooks, servers, and storage arrays. Dell also maintains a manufacturing plant in Nashville.
