GoGuardian Names New Execs

Los Angeles-based GoGuardian, which develops educational software, says it has named both a new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Revenue Officer this morning. The company said it has named Ichiro Osumi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Luke Harris as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Osumi had previously served at Autodesk, Littlejohn & Co., Aurora Capital Group, and Bear Stearns & Co and was most as Vice President of Finance at Wind River Systems. Harris has been at GoGuardian since 2016, most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager of TutorMe.
