Guthy-Renker In Partnership With Westmore Beauty

Los Angeles-based marketing and direct-response television company Guthy-Renker--best known for its infomercials, but which also is now an Internet marketing powerhouse--said it has partnered with Westmore Beauty, a makeup company focused on Hollywood celebrities. According to the two, they have created a new, joint venture called Westmore Beauty Ultra LLC, which will make Westmore's makeup available via retail, e-retail, e-commerce, and television channels. Financial details of the joint venture were not announced. Westmore says its makeup line has "become a staple of celebrities, esteemed makeup artists, and consumers alike." Guthy-Renker is led by CEO Rick Odum.
