Halozyme Names Board Member

San Diego-based Halozyme said Monday morning that it has added Barbara Duncan to its board of directors. Duncan was most recently Chief Financial Officer of Intercept Pharmaceuticals, and also served at DOV Pharmaceuticals and Lehman Brothers, among other companies. Halozyme develops enzymes used to enhance drug delivery.
