    Headcase Humanufacturing Finds VC


    Los Angeles-based Headcase Humanufacturing, a stealth company developing online characters for virtual worlds, has received a $900,000 investment from True Ventures, socalTECH has learned. Other investors in the deal include Burnt Norton, according to the company. True Ventures has backed such companies as GigaOm, Automattic, and Meebo.
