Heron Therapeutics Find $76.5M In Private Placement

San Diego-baed Heron Therapeutics, a biotechnology company working on anesthetics and other products, says it has raised $76.5M in a private placement. The publicly traded company trades as HRTX on the Nasdaq. According to the company, the private placement was led by Deep Track Capital, and also included Great Point Partners, Broadfin Holdings, LLC and other leading healthcare investors. The placement agent on the offering was Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.
