San Diego-based ID Analytics, a provider of consumer risk management tools for companies, said today that it has added three senior executives to its team. The firm said it has named Steven Seoane as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, Dr. Joseph Barr as Chief Scientist, and Felice Rando as Director of Analytics. Seoane was previously a VP at LexisNexis, Barr was at Chi Analytics, and Rando was at KXEN.
