IHOP Adopts AI For Online Ordering

Pasadena-based restaurant chain IHOP is plugging into the AI craze, saying this morning that it will begin powering its online ordering system using Google Cloud AI. According to the company, it will provide "AI-powered suggestions" and a new food ordering recommendation engine that uses Google's AI. IHOP did not say how much it is paying for the AI technology.
