Immunis Names AI Head

Irvine-based Immunis, a biotechnology company focused on age and disease-related immune decline, said it has appointed a head of its artificial intelligence efforts. According to Immunis, it has appointed Neil Sahota as its Chief Artificial Intelligence (AI) Officer. Immunis said that Sahota was at IBM, serving as "IBM Master Inventor", which Immunis said involved reviewing and guiding the development of patents and economic development projects for IBM AI products and services.
