Invoca Adds Generative AI Features

Santa Barbara-based Invoca says that the company has adopted new, generative AI (artificial intelligence) features to its products. According to the company, it is using a combination of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), voice biometrics,patented machine-learning technologies to "help consumer brands acquire more customers and drive revenue growth."
