    iQstor Ships SATA Platform


    Newbury Park-based iQstor Networks has launched a new, storage area networking storage platform based on Serial ATA II storage. The firm yesterday said that it has introduced a new, 4Gb Fibre Channel to Serial ATA II platform that includes enterprise-level data services. iQstor's new iQ2280 storage platform supports up to 7.5TB of SATA II storage in a 3U rack mountable form factor, and optionally includes storage virtualization, snapshot, mirroring, remote replication, storage provisioning features. iQstor is a developer of storage arrays for the storage area networking market.
