Pasadena-based biotech firm Janus Pharmaceuticals has raised a $2M Series A financing round. The funding came from Private Equity Japan Co. Ltd. Janus Pharmaceuticals is developing treatments for various dermatological diseases. Shinji Kimura, Managing Director of PEJ has joined the company's board. The venture was founded by Catalyst Pharma Group, a company which takes Japanese pharmaceuticals and commercializes them in the United States. More information »
