Just Women's Sports Scores $6M

Los Angeles-based Just Women's Sports, a startup which provides a media platform for women's sports, said this week that it has raised $6M in a funding round. The funding was led by Blue Pool Capital, the family office of Alibaba co-founder Joe Tsai, and also included Billie Jean King, Washington Spirit owner Michele Kang, Bolt Ventures, the family office of financier and team owner David Blitzer, SC Holdings, a strategic entertainment investor backed by The SpringHill Company and Front Office Sports, Revolution's Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, Muse Capital, Dapper Labs, and angels. The CEO and founder of Just Women's Sports is Haley Rosen. Just Women's Sports says it previously raised $3.5 million in May 2021, from such investors as Will Ventures, Kevin Durant and Rich Kleiman’s Thirty Five Ventures, OVO Fund, Supernode Global and Drive by DraftKings.
