Kintara Snags $8.6M In PIPE

San Diego-based biopharmacetuicals developer Kintara Therapeutics said Thursday that it has raised $8.6M in a registered direct offering, selling 16,226,416 shares of its common stock plus warrants for an additional 16,226,416 shares.
