Klear.ai Buys Business From Cloud Software Group

Los Angeles-based Klear.ai, which is developing artificial intelligence (AI) powered for claims and risk analytics for the insurance industry, said it has acquired the Inform business of Cloud Software Group. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Cloud's Inform business was a provider of Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS). Klear.ai said it will integrate Inform's systems into its existing risk, claims, and analytics products.
