Pasadena-based LeisureLink said this morning that it is starting to publish its own report on the travel market, measuring vacation lodging demand fro mainstream online travel channels. The firm said it will measure the amount of queries on such sites as Travelocity, Orbitz, Priceline, GDS Marketplaces, and its own ABetterStay.com sites for vacation rentals, timeshares, and boutique hotels. The firm is usings its LeisureLink Demand Index to show the demand for the firm's own category of travel listings.
