Levine Leichtman Company Makes Acquisition

One of the portfolio companies of Los Angeles-based private equity investor Levine Leichtman has acquired another company. According to the firm, Technical Safety Services, one of its portfolio companies, has acquired Precision Air Technology, which is based in Morrisville, North Carolina. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Precision is a provider of controlled environment testing and certification services required in high-performance, regulated pharmaceutical and healthcare settings. TSS is based in La Jolla, California, and provides on-site technical services for clean rooms, laboratory equipment, medical gas systems, and more.
