Los Angeles-based security software developer Lieberman Software expanded its flagship security offering with a new, password auditing tool, the firm said earlier this week. The company said it that its latest product update to its Enterprise Random Password Manager (EPRM) includes the ability to identify built-in administrator passwords on a network, to help IT staff better secure access to their systems. The company said the new tool searches an enterprise network for devices with administrative interfaces, and lets IT administrators automatically fix those default password issues.
