Irvine-based LogicalApps has signed on Qualcomm has a customer, the firm said Wednesday. LogicalApps said that Qualcomm implemented its Financial Period Close Automation product. Size of the deal was not disclosed. Qualcomm will use the software to streamline quarterly close of the firm's books. LogicalApps software works with Oracle E-Business Suite to provide compliance and other checking of financials. LogicalApps is venture backed by Mission Ventures and Sequoia Capital.
