Mitek Battles Delisting

San Diego-based digital identity and digital fraud prevention provider Mitek is battling delisting threads from the NASDAQ, after the company failed to file its 10-K and 10-Q reports over the last few quarters. According to the company, the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has granted the company's request to extend the automatic stay of suspension from the Nasdaq pending a hearing with the panel. The company has been nder delisting notice since it failed to file its Form 10-K for the period ended September 30, 2022, and Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the quarterly periods ended December 31, 2022 and March 31, 2023.
