Miven Venture Partners Gets IPO Exit At A10 Networks

Newport Beach-based Miven Venture Partners, the private investment arm of Linksys founder Victor Tsao, has scored an exit in one of its portfolio companies, A10 Networks, after that company's successful IPO this morning. It's unclear how big of a stake Miven still has in A10, which develops web application security products, including appliances for dealing with distributed denial of service (DDos) and similar security issues. Miven had invested in A10 Networks way back in 2006, as part of a Series B funding round for the company. Victor Tsao founded Linksys, which he sold to Cisco in 2003; Linksys is now owned by Belkin.
