MomentFeed Integrates Instagram
Santa Monica-based MomentFeed, the developer of location analytics software for companies, said today that it has integrated with the popular photo sharing and social networking app Instagram. MomentFeed said that, in addition to tapping into analytics information about Instagram, it has released a new publishing tool to help brands aggregate and curate customer content from Instagram, Facebook, foursqaure, and elsewhere to their Facebook place pages. MomentFeed said its curation tools allow brands to publish their best foursquare and Instagram photos to Facebook place pages, and also automatically sends out thank you notes to users via Twitter. MomentFeed said the tools are part of its PinSync service, which synchronizes information across a company's venues and Facebook, foursquare, Twitter, and Instagram. MomentFeed is headed by Rob Reed, and backed by DFJ Frontier, Gold Hill Capital, and a significant number of Los Angeles angel investors, among others.
