Namesake Releases iPhone App
Los Angeles-based Namesake, the real time conversation and discussion site headed by Brian Norgard and Dan Gould, said Tuesday afternoon that it has released its iPhone application. The app--available for free in the Apple App store--allows users to participate in real-time conversations on the iPhone, iPod touc, and iPad. Namesake's web site allows users to discuss topics of interest, follow other users, interact, and more. Both Norgard and Gould are serial entrepreneurs, having founded NewRoo (which was acquired by Fox Interactive Media/MySpace) and Twitter ad firm Ad.ly.
