Near Intelligence Gets Nasdaq Warning

Pasadena-based Near, which provides location-based data, reported it has received a Nasdaq warning due to its delayed, form 10-Q warning. According to the company, the company was warned by the Nasdaq that is it "not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of the Company’s failure to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2023." The delayed filing comes after Near Intelligence reported it is investigation "allegations of financial mismanagement and potential fraudulent actions taken by its former chief executive officer and its former chief financial officer." Near Intelligence trades as NIR on the Nasdaq.
