Neural Analytics In Manufacturing Partnership With NGK Spark Plug

Los Angeles-based Neural Analytics, which develops medical robotics products used for tracking brain health, has inked a strategic, manufacturing partnership with NGK SPARK PLUG CO., LTD., best known for its manufacturing of ceramic spark plugs and other products. According to Neural Analytics, the deal will help it further its manufacturing capabilities and expand its global footprint. Financial details of the strategic partnership were not announced. NGK SPARK PLUG provides ceramics processing, used not only in spark plugs, but also automotive sensors and other industrial uses. Neural Analytics develops a robotic system which uses ultrasound to measure and display brain blood flow information in real time. The company is venture backed by Alpha Edison, and recently raised a Series C funding, which it says now brings its total raised to $70M; Neural Analytics is led by co-founder and CEO Leo Petrossian.
