Brilliant Digital Faces Delisting
Woodland Hills-based Brilliant Digital Entertainment, the company which runs the Kazaa-based Altnet service, announced that it has been informed that the American Stock Exchange is seeking to delist the company from AMEX. The company no longer meets the requirements for listing.

Broadcom Speeds Wi-Fi
Irvine-based Broadcom has rolled out a Wi-Fi chipset which provides a boost to 802.11g wireless networks. The company's MaxPerformance chipset is compatible with 802.11g networks but also includes a "performance" mode which boosts the signal rate to 125mbps.
