ePolicy Solutions Names COO, Adds to Board
Torrance-based ePolicy Solutions (www.epolicysolutions.com) announced that it has named Geoff Smith to its board of directors, and promoted William S. McCarter to EVP and COO. McCarter was most recently regional CIO for Allianz. Smith has served in a number of positions with ePolicy.

Networks In Motion Drinks BREW
Irvine-based Networks In Motion (www.networksinmotion.com) announced several new applications based on Qualcomm's BREW solution. The company's AtlasBook and PhoneLocator applications provide GPS-enabled mapping and cell phone tracking for Qualcomm-based phones.
