Occam Networks Hires New CFOSanta Barbara-based Occam Networks announced Thursday that it has hired a new CFO, Jeanne Seeley. Seeley joins the firm from Access Co. Ltd., the Japanese parent of PalmSource. Occam said that Seeley has also previously served as SVP and CFO of Snap Appliances, VP and CFO of Quantum DSS Corporation, and VP, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at Apple Computer Inc. CallWave Names Engineering VPSanta Barbara-based CallWave, a provider of Internet-based communications services, said Thursday evening that it has appointed Ritesh Bansal as the firm's new Vice President of Application Development. Bansal joins the firm from TalkPlus, and has previously served at Kivera, CitiBank, and Oracle. According to CallWave, Bansal was responsible for development of the "Friend Finder" app at Kivera for AT&T. Bansal will report to CallWave President and CEO Jeff Cavins.
