Nestigator Raises $3M For Online Real Estate Marketplace
Los Angeles-based startup Nestigator, a new online real estate marketplace led by serial entrepreneur Jerry Slavonia, said today that it has raised $3M in a Series A funding. The funding was led by Velocity Street Ventures, and also included un-name angels. Nestigator's site helps members search for apartments and homes, via a mobile-first, map-centric interface. Access Integrated Healthcare Raises $8.5M
Los Angeles-based Access Integrated Healthcare said this morning that it has raised $8.5M in a first round of funding, to go towards its diagnostic imaging services. The funding came from Penta Mezzanine Fund. Access Integrated Healthcare (AIH) says it helps provide diagnostic imaging for worker's compensation and cosmetic services. The new funding goes towards continued expansion of its business.

D&B Credibility Acquired By Dun & Bradstreet For Up To $350M
Los Angeles-based Dun & Bradstreet Creditibility Corporation, the provider of business credit services run by Jeff Stibel, has been acquired by Dun & Bradstreet, in a deal worth $320M in cash, plus earnout of up to $30M. As part of the acquisition, Stibel becomes Vice Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet. As part of the deal, Stibel will also run D&B's Hoover's products and heading up the a new division at D&B, Dun & Bradstreet Emerging Businesses. SpaceX Delivers Satellite Into Orbit
Hawthorne-based SpaceX saw yet another successful launch on Monday evening, carrying the TurkmenAlem52E/MonacoSat satellite into geo transfer orbit at 7:03pm ET. SpaceX delivered the payload into space for customer Thales Alenia Space, from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral. The new satellite, once it is fully operational, will offer up visibility into Europe, Central Asia, and virtually all of Africa, according to SpaceX, and will used by the Turkmenistan Ministry of Communications. Microsemi Completes Acquisition of Vitesse
Aliso Viejo-based Microsemi said this morning that it has completed its tender offer for Camarillo-based Vitesse, and now expects its acquisition to complete later today. Microsemi had been offering $5.28 per share in cash for all of the outstanding stock of the semiconductor manufacturer, in a deal worth approximately $389M. DTS Connects Play-Fi With Spotify
Calabasas-based DTS said this morning that it has connected its whole-home, wireless music system, DTS Play-Fi, with the popular Spotify streaming music service. DTS said the connection allows Spotify Premium subscribers to stream their music over their Wi-Fi network, to their favorite connected speaker brands. Qualcomm Targets China With Snapdragon
San Diego-based Qualcomm Technologies said that it has now signed up a total of 40 design wins in China among mobile operators, due to the popularity of LTE-Advanced Carrier Aggregation support in its Snapdragon chips. Qualcomm said the designs in the pipeline are for premium tier and high volume mobile devices in China, accross all of its Snapdragon processor tiers. Akana Gets New Microsoft Cert
Los Angeles-based Akana--the newly renamed SOA Software--said today that it has earned another certification from Microsoft. Akana said it has gained Microsoft Cloud & Enterprise Software Certification, which certifies its products for use on Windows Server 2012. Akana is already a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
