Nexa3D Names New Board Member

Ventura-based 3D printer manufacturer Nexa3D said today that it has added another new member to its board of directors. According to Nexa3D, it has added Frank S. Sklarsky, former CFO of PPG Industries and Tyco International, to its board of directors. Sklarsky previously also served as an executive at such companies as Chrysler and DailmerChrysler, Dell, ConAgra Foods, and Kodak. Sklarsky was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PPG Industries, according to Nexa3D.
