Next Stop For Activision's Call of Duty: Reality TV
Santa Monica-based Activision is extending its popular Call of Duty video game title, this time, to television. Activision said today that it is teaming up with Spike TV and Best Buy to deliver a boot camp style reality TV show. "Game Head Call of Duty 3: Challenge" will broadcast on Spike TV's Game Head series, and will be released in conjunction with Activision's launch of the sequel to its popular military first person action shooter game. As part of the promotion, Activision is opening an online casting call for participants, and is soliciting a personal movie on why they should be chosen.
