Novatel Powers AT&T's New MiFi Liberate

Wireless carrier AT&T announced today that it is shipping a brand new, mobile hotspot product called the MiFi Liberate, which features a 2.8 inch touchscreen display and support for up to 10 Wi-Fi devices. The new device comes thanks to San Diego's Novatel Wireless--the maker of AT&T's current MiFi mobile hotspots--which will be offering the new device exclusively to At&T. AT&T said the new device will allow users to see data usage, manage connected devices, and change settings all from the new touchscreen; the new device also includes support for sharing files and photos from microSD cards inserted into the new device. Pricing on the new device was not announced.
