San Juan Capistrano-based OptionEase, a developer of software-as-a-service for options accounting, announced today that Pasadena-based Central Desktop, a provider of software-as-a-service for project management and collaboration, has signed on as a customer. Financial details of the win were not disclosd. OptionEase said that Central Desktop will use the firm for equity administration, valuation, and compliance. OptionEase said its software replaces the use of Excel spreadsheets by Central Desktop.
