Pala Interactive Sells To Boyd Gaming For $170M

Pala Interactive, the online gaming an services supplier owned by the Pala Band of Mission Indians, has been sold to Boyd Gaming Corporation in a deal worth $170M in cash, according to the Pala Band of Mission Indians. Pala Interactive had been foundedin 2013, and was building online gaming technology for real money and social gaming, including a player management system, casino, poker, integrated sports, social casino and poker platforms. Pala Interative was advised by Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck in the deal.
