    Parasoft Ships Software Error Detection For Opteron


    Monrovia-based Parasoft announced yesterday that it is shipping Parasoft Insure++ for AMD Opteron, an automated memory error detection tool for automating software error prevention. The tool, used to reduce the amount of software programming errors by software developers, supports the new AMD Opteron 64-bit development platform and Linux. Parasoft's tools are used to ensure high quality code, prevent software crashes, and eliminate programming errors by software developers.
