Boston-based Parexel International has acquired two San Diego-based clinical research firms. Parexel said that it has purchased California Clinical Trials Medical Group, Inc. and Behavioral and Medical Research, LLC, both based in San Diego. The deal is worth $65M. Parexel is a provider of outsourced research services to the pharmaceutical industry.
