PayPal Expands Access To Happy Returns

PayPal announced this morning that it is expanding access to Happy Returns for retailers who offer PayPal Checkout. Happy Returns provides software and services to accept returns and exchanges, both in person at retail locations. According to PayPal, merchants using PayPal Checkout will get free access to Happy Returns return and exchange portal software. Happy Returns also offers up "Return Bar" locations where consumers can return unwanted products. Happy Returns was acquired by PalPal in May of 2021. In a related move, PayPal also said it has added Ulta Beauty to its list of "Return Bar" locations, adding more than 1,300 of Ulta Beauty's locations for retail returns.
